Document required with the Application
1 Application in the prescribed proforma affixed by court fee stamp of Rs.5/- along with challan of application fee Rs.500/-.
2 Area of the Warehouse should be more than 100 Square Meter or it should accommodate at list 5000 cases of liquor
3 Documentary evidence of the proposed premises i.e. copy of registered sale deed, 7/12 , property card, etc.
4 Authorised Construction Certificate from competent authority
5 Four Copies of the Blue Prints of the plan of proposed premises.
6 If premises is on rent, rent receipt , leave and licence agreement copy and consent letter of the landlord.
7 No dues Certificate of sales Tax / income tax or Affidavit to that effect
8 Bank Guarantee of the 50% amount of the licence fee
9 Agency letter from manufacturer
10 Affidavit for not holding Scheduled Excise Licence.
11 Fire proof certificate
12 Antecedent report of the applicant from police Department should be positive.
13 If the applicant is a partnership Firm / Company/, a copy of partnership deed or Memorandum & Articles of Association
