The Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973
Apply To Whom District Collector through the Superintendent of State Excise
of the District.

With The Application Sales Tax. Bank Guarantee.

Prescribed Criteria
Document required with the Application
1 Application in the prescribed proforma affixed by court fee stamp of Rs.5/- and Challan of application fee.
2 If application is a partnership firm, copy of partnership deed. And if company copy of memorandum and Article of Association
3 Proof of land ownership (7/12, property card, property tax receipt etc.)
4 If the land / premises is rented , rent receipt and tenancy agreement and N.O.C. for permit room from land owner / secretary of society
5 If premises is rented, rent receipt from the owner.
6 Bank Guarantee.
7 No dues Certificate from sales Tax or Affidavit to that effect.
8 Four copies of the Map of the premises
9 Mumbai Shops and establishment Act licence
10 Affidavit in respect of the premises is free from distance restrictions.
