Apply to Whom District Collector through the Superintendent of State Excise of
the District.
Form of Application Appln to contain details as prescribed u/r 4.
Application Fee Rs. 10/- if quantity of spirit reqd. exceeds 18000 litres
Mandatory Documents purpose for which spirit is reqd, documentary proof
With The Application thereof; exact location & plan
Other Documents With Fireproof certificate from prescribed authority
The Application Recommendation of District office of Industries Deptt.
