Apply to Whom State Government through Commissioner, State Excise.

Documents required with the Application
1 Application in the prescribed proforma affixed by court fee stamp of Rs.5/- and Challan of application fee Rs.500/-.
2. 4 copies of Plan of proposed project layout.
3 copy of application made to concern Authority for electricity supply
4 Project report in detail
5 Documentary evidence of the proposed premises i.e. copy of sale deed, 7/12 , property card
6 non agricultural land certificate for proposed project land
7 copy of application made to Maharashtra pollution control board for No Objection Certificate
8 Certificate of company registration
9 If the applicant is partnership firm, copy of partnership deed. And if company, copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
10 Source of capital structure
11 In case of company if Directors has previous business, affidavit of “no dues pending of sales tax / income tax” of previous business
12 I.E.M. of Central Government
