Granted u/r Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953. There is ban on grant of new license

Application Fee Rs. 2000/- if Popn is above 1 lakh & Rs. 1000/- otherwise

the Application Plans of Premises.
Processing Details / Antecedent report from Police Dept. reqd; Verification of
Prescribed Criteria Distance restrictions from educational and religious institutions
and State Transport Depots;
Documents required for addition of partner
1 Application with reasons affixed by court fee stamp of Rs.5/- .
2 Proposed Partnership deed
3 Affidavit of the Licensee regarding admission of new partner.
4 Affidavit of the incoming partner regarding inclusion of his name in the licence
5 Sales tax / Income tax clearance certificate of the incoming partner. If not applicable then only Affidavit.
6 Affidavit of the incoming partner mentioning the fact about the any Scheduled Licence in his/ his families name
7 Antecedent report from the police department of the incoming partner should be favorable
8 Solvency certificate of the incoming partner or Bank guarantee of Rs. 1,00,000/-
9 Copy of the licence
10 Notice in the News paper calling the objection regarding the admission of new partner.
11 Statement of Licensee and the new incoming partners are recorded to verify the genuineness.
12 After the intimation of approval of admission of new partner ,they have to pay Special Privilege fee.

1 Application with reasons affixed by court fee stamp of Rs.5/- .
2 Proposed dissolution deed
3 Previous Partnership deed
3 Affidavit of the Licensee regarding deletion of partner.
4 Affidavit of the retiring partner regarding withdrawal of his name from the licence
5 Sales tax / Income tax clearance certificate of the remaining partners. If not applicable then only Affidavit.
6 Affidavit of the remaining partner about any Scheduled Licence in his/ his families name
9 Copy of the licence
10 Notice in the News paper calling the objection regarding the withdrawal of partner.
11 Statement of Licensee and the outgoing partners are recorded to verify the genuineness.
12 After the intimation of approval of withdrawal of partner, they have to pay Special Privilege fee.
Documents required for shifting of licence premises
1 Application with reasons affixed by court fee stamp of Rs.5/- .
2 Copy of the licence
3 Liquor sale of the last 5 years. It should be decreasing.
4 No objection certificate of the gram panchayat or the favorable remarks of the Inspector / Superintendent of state excise regarding the non- inconvenience to the liquor consumer of the place from the liquor shop is going to be shifted.
5 If the propose premises comes under the grampanchayat area , then No objection certificate of the gramsabha of that village. If the proposed shop is to be located in municipal council area , then No objection certificate of that council.
6 Authorized building construction certificate of the concern authority
7 shifting quota within 15% of the total shops in that district
9 whether shifting is necessary due to closure of shop by the demand of gramsabha / Municipal corp.
10 the population and remaining number of liquor outlets along with their kinds of the place from where liquor shop is going to be shifted.

12 Statement of Licensee is recorded to verify the genuineness.
13 Proof of land ownership (7/12, property card, property tax receipt etc.)
14 If the land / premises is rented , rent receipt and tenancy agreement and N.O.C. from land owner / secretary of society
15 Law and order report from police dept. should be favorable in shifting of cl-3 licence.
16 Minimum area of the proposed premises should be more than 16 Sq.mtr.
17 Four copies of blue prints of the proposed premises.
18 New premises should be free from distance restrictions.
19 In case of shifting of CL-3 license the proposed premises should be 200 meters away from any existing cl-3 premises.
20 After the intimation of approval of shifting permission, they have to pay Special Privilege fee.
